Career and education fair recruitment tabletops

Showcase your company, organization or institution at our career and education fair! Engage directly with attendees, share insights about your upcoming opportunities, and connect with eager students and professionals. Whether you're representing a university with graduate and medical programs or an organization from academia, government, or industry, this is your platform to showcase your education programs and/or employment opportunities. Don’t miss out — the early bird application deadline is Nov. 30, so secure your tabletop and make meaningful connections with talent!

  • Early bird fee: $300 per tabletop (for applications received by Nov. 30)
  • Standard fee: $350 per tabletop (for applications received after Nov. 30)

Applications close Feb. 15!

Fee includes: One six-foot table with two chairs, a table sign featuring your logo, two recruiter registration badges granting access to the exhibition hall, and short description in the mobile app.

  • A limit of two tabletops per organization if promoting different scientific programs or divisions within a university or organization. However, decision on additional space will be made based on space and program needs and at the sole discretion of ASBMB. A separate fee and application is required for each tabletop.
  • Sales of commercial products and services are prohibited. Only materials pertaining to employment opportunities and educational programs allowed.
  • Two recruiter registration badges per tabletop will grant access solely to the exhibition hall on Monday, April 14, 2025, and will not permit access to any other annual meeting session and events. If additional badges are needed, individuals must register for the annual meeting at the prevailing rate.
  • All additional charges for electrical supply (if needed) or shipping and handling of material are the responsibility of the participating organization.
