Attendees

In addition to inviting people at your organization, the ASBMB encourages you to invite scientists from other institutions and from local industry, government or nonprofit research organizations. We can help you identify local ASBMB members.

Promoting your event

You should coordinate with your colleagues and institutional support staff to print and distribute materials around your institution (e.g. email to listserv, announcements at seminars, flyers on elevators and bulletin boards) and at other local institutions. The ASBMB can assist in marketing your event by providing a promotional flyer template.

If requested, the ASBMB can also:

  • Provide ASBMB swag (e.g. ASBMB Today magazine, pens, lanyards, pins)
  • Provide ASBMB informational materials (e.g. Professional development opportunities, journal information)
  • Create and send a post-event survey and provide results to organizer(s)
