What you need to apply for accreditation

As of 2023, all applications must be submitted via an . We no longer accept emailed applications. Please review the list below to ensure you are prepared for the online submission system:

• Major coursework template
• Dean’s letter of support
• Curricula vitae of selected program faculty

The application will be reviewed using the evaluation rubric. For your convenience, you may review a sample of the application (2023 application cycle) prior to completing and submitting the application using the online submission system.

• May 30: Accreditation application opens
• Sept. 16: Accreditation application closes
